摘要

在"治未病"及"春夏养阳"思想的影响下,三伏贴疗法已在全国广泛流行。受仝小林教授其"脏腑风湿"理论启发,自拟以苓桂术甘汤为基础方的"三伏饮"疗法,即在自然界阳气最为旺盛的三伏天,通过内服通阳汤剂,以散发体内的伏寒邪气,要求患者分别于头伏、中伏、末伏分别服用数剂三伏饮汤药,进而达到预防和治疗"脏腑风湿病"或"冬病"的目的,此法可有效减轻"脏腑风湿病"发作的频率及程度。
