摘要

糖尿病属于中医"消渴"范畴。下肢血管病变是糖尿病发展的常见严重并发症之一。阴津亏虚贯穿整个病变过程。阴虚为本,燥热为标。气为血之帅,血为气之母。阴伤气耗,气阴两伤,虚热内生,煎灼津液,炼液成痰;气虚血停,肢体脉络失养;水停气滞,气滞血瘀,脉络瘀阻,不通则痛;瘀久化热,热盛肉腐。从中医的整体观出发,糖尿病气血津液之间的变化,同样贯穿于糖尿病患者下肢缺血性疾病演变过程中。
