摘要

IgA肾病是公认的最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,IgA肾病的发病多由于外邪侵袭,因脏腑功能失调,正气无力抗邪,致使邪气盘踞不去,伏而内留,此与脏腑风湿病理论极为相似。通过从脏腑风湿理论阐述IgA肾病的发病规律,探讨以扶正气、透伏邪为基本原则,以三焦辨证与审因辨治相结合,以"急则治其标,缓则治其本"的指导原则论治IgA肾病的临床意义,以期为IgA肾病的中医治疗提供新的思路和治疗方法。并附以典型医案2则进行说明。
