摘要

目的观察参与型护理对胃癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期血糖控制情况的影响。方法将60例胃癌合并糖尿病围手术期患者随机分为2组,各30例。对照组接受以饮食管理为主的常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受参与型护理,包括饮食指导、中医特色护理、心理指导。观察2组患者术前及术后3个月空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2h BG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA,1,c）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）水平,并通过稳态模型（HOMA-IR）评价胰岛素抵抗。结果术后3个月,观察组FBG、2hBG、HbA,1,c、HOMA-IR均低于对照组（P,<,0.05）。观察组血糖控制有效率为66.7%,高于对照组的20.0%（P,<,0.05）。结论参与型护理能有效控制胃癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗。
