摘要

病机是决定病情变化的关键,针对慢性荨麻疹的中医核心病机,专家均强调风邪的重要意义;同时认为荨麻疹之所以慢性化是由于在风邪之外同时存在虚、瘀、毒等问题。寒热并存、虚实兼夹、阴阳并见导致其顽固难愈,风邪入络是其顽固化的重要原因。对此专家分别从祛外风、熄内风、填窍搜风、调理气血、治疗虚瘀毒等方面介绍了各自的经验,较全面地反映出中医药辨治慢性荨麻疹的思路和方法。
