摘要

痛风是代谢综合征中最常见的疾病,严重者呈关节畸形和（或）肾脏衰竭,治疗棘手。中西医结合治疗能够减少西药用量,减少不良反应,并能够明显改善疼痛等不适症状。倪青教授认为本病常由多种原因诱发湿热内生,加之脾肾不足,导致湿浊瘀阻经脉关节为病,湿热、痰浊、瘀血痹阻经络为其关键病理环节。治疗上多采用微观辨证,用药上结合现代药理学研究,将药物直接作用于靶点,在间歇发作期投以二至丸合四妙丸以滋肾泄浊,不仅可改善患者临床症状,而且能使相关指标转阴;同时重视预防调护,已病防变,以提高临床疗效。
