摘要

赵瑞华教授临床擅从脾胃论治妇科疑难杂病,其不仅重视脾胃气血生化源头作用,同时注重脾胃运化功能;主张补益脾气,认为脾胃充,则血海足;正气盛,则邪气祛;通过健运脾胃中州,调畅升降气机,防治痰湿等代谢产物积聚。基于脾胃的生理功能,总结赵教授治疗月经过少、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验,启发后学。
