月经后期是月经失调中的常见类型,常合并月经量少,一般采用补肾养血、活血通经法等治疗,但对于有受寒史的一类患者却常难以奏效。根据仝小林教授的"脏腑风湿"理论,认为此类月经后期属于"脏腑风湿病"范畴,以脏腑风湿理论为指导进行治疗,取得了较好的临床疗效。
