摘要

气郁的内涵即气机郁抑不畅,气郁久而不解,则继发火郁、血郁、湿郁、痰郁、食郁以及五脏本气郁结等病证,气郁与气滞相同,症状相似但一轻一重,可以相互转变。体质因素、外感风邪和寒邪、情志失调、劳倦过度均可导致气郁的产生。气郁可导致血瘀和生痰,其中生痰包括气郁直接生痰和气郁化火间接炼液为痰,同时痰和瘀血还可加重气郁临床表现,可见胸满胁痛、心悸、痞满、腹胀、情志异常、不寐郁劳、梅核气、阳痿等病证。气郁是六郁之始,及时干预可以做到"未病先防,既病防变"。强调气郁作为始动因素的重要性,希望为治疗追本溯源,提供新的思路。
