郭军教授认为男性不育症是脏腑、气血、津液功能失调共同作用的结果,特发性弱精子症是男性不育症的重要原因之一,多由痰湿引起,导致脏腑阴阳失调,气血津液不能布化而致病。以"先驱邪,后扶正"为治疗思路,初期在患者肾精不亏的前提下以二陈汤为基础方,以理气祛痰、健脾化湿为法,后期辅以补肾强精治疗。
