<正>清代著名医学家黄元御创立了"一气周流""六气治法"和"中气升降"等理论,在治疗上重视中气升降,以扶阳抑阴、厚培中气原则,被后世称为"医门大宗""一代之大医"。《四圣心源》是其将理论与临床紧密结合的代表作,现将其学术思想在难治性皮肤病治疗中应用阐释如下。1 黄元御主要学术思想黄元御依据《内经》天人相应思想,提出"一气周流,土枢四象"的学术思想。四象即阴阳之升降,阴阳即中气之浮沉。分而名之,则曰四象,合而言之,不过阴阳。分而言之,则
