摘要

仝小林教授基于"伏邪"和"痹证"理论提出了脏腑风湿学说。梳理中医痹病与脏腑风湿病的联系,通过发病的共性规律总结出脏腑风湿学说指导下的中医痹病治疗思路,即根据发病的共性规律分阶段采取以透邪、扶正为双主线的治疗方案。易感者调理脏腑,做到未病先防,急性期散邪通脉,缓解期和营通痹,急性加重期透邪通络,调补防变,后期化瘀通络,扶阳益精。旨在为具有外邪伏留体内特点的中医痹病提供新的诊疗思路。
