摘要

目的观察新加良附颗粒联合化疗对晚期胃癌患者生命质量及免疫功能的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照的临床试验方法,通过中央随机法将胃癌IV期的患者50例分为对照组与治疗组各25例。治疗组采用化疗联合新加良附颗粒治疗,对照组采用单纯化疗,2组均给予对症支持治疗。观察2个化疗周期,比较2组疾病稳定率、患者生存质量以及免疫指标的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组疾病稳定率较高,但2组差异无统计学意义（P> 0. 05）。对照组治疗后生命质量评分较治疗前明显下降（P <0. 01）,治疗组治疗前后生命质量评分差异无统计学意义（P> 0. 05）。治疗组治疗后CD4+/CD8+较治疗前升高（P <0. 05）,CD4+CD25+Foxp3值较治疗前降低,但差异无统计学意义（P> 0. 05）,治疗后组间CD4+CD25+Foxp3值比较,治疗组低于对照组（P <0. 05）。结论与单纯化疗比较,新加良附颗粒配合化疗治疗晚期胃癌在疾病稳定率方面并无差异,但能提高患者生命质量,且具有调整免疫抑制状态的作用。
