摘要

目的探讨复方甘草油治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将105例患者采取随机、平行、对照法分为安慰剂组、治疗组和对照组。分别给予麻油、复方甘草油和0. 1%糠酸莫米松乳膏外用,疗程均为2周。在治疗结束第1周、第2周时,分别对3组患者不同部位的EASI积分、瘙痒VAS积分和临床疗效进行比较,并对安全性进行评价。结果 3组患者EASI积分和瘙痒VAS积分在2周后均有所下降,治疗组下降最明显,差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。不同部位瘙痒VAS评分方面,以躯干部下降最显著。3组均取得一定疗效,治疗组最显著,差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）,其中治疗组躯干部疗效最佳,有效率为84. 8%。结论复方甘草油能够很好地改善血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者的皮损症状,且缓解躯干部瘙痒症状效果最好。
