摘要

目的探讨慢性盆腔炎患者中医证型分布规律,分析各影响因素与中医证型的关系。方法选择2012年1月1日—2018年12月31日首都医科大学附属北京中医医院妇科住院的患者924例,采用Excel 2010建立数据库,采集患者年龄、发病节气、孕次、诱因及中医证型,分析中医证型的分布规律及影响因素。结果 924例患者中,湿热瘀结证434例（47%）,气滞血瘀证141例（15. 3%）,寒湿凝滞证30例（3. 6%）,气虚血瘀证303例（32. 9%）,其他（肝郁脾虚证、肾虚血瘀证及肝肾阴虚证） 12例（1. 3%）。各证型在不同年龄段的分布差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）,35岁以上患者气虚血瘀证明显增加,49岁以上患者气滞血瘀证所占比例增加;盆腔手术史、过度劳累是导致盆腔炎发病的主要诱因;气滞血瘀证在大寒至惊蛰节气中发病率高。结论盆腔炎的主要中医证型为湿热瘀结证,其证型分布与年龄有关,不同诱因、发病节气、孕次患者的中医证型分布无统计学差异,但存在一定规律。
