摘要

目的观察健脾补肾法治疗化疗后便秘的临床疗效。方法按照临床辨证择取60例化疗患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组在化疗前1天开始给予中药汤剂治疗,对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗。给药1周后,分别评价2组便秘疗效。结果治疗后治疗组便秘主要症状总积分降低程度优于对照组（P <0. 05）,治疗组治疗后总有效率亦优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。结论健脾补肾法能有效防治化疗后便秘的发生率,减轻临床症状。
