摘要

胃食管反流病（GERD）在我国很常见,其引起的一系列症状及并发症严重影响人们的生活质量,临床上合理的诊疗显得尤为重要。中华中医药学会脾胃病分会分别于2009年、2017年组织制定了《胃食管反流病中医诊疗共识意见》,对认识及诊治GERD具有重要意义。将2009年及2017年的共识意见内容进行对比分析,以明确GERD的诊治。
