摘要

北京市朝阳区自2012年开始由区卫计委（现卫健委）、人社局、财政局等部门联合实施中医药专家下基层暨学术经验继承师承工程至今,已经形成了医药并重、阶段分明的中医药人才培养体系和朝阳特色的培养模式,通过学、练、用3个阶段的培养,打造中青年名中医（药师）、中医药骨干人才、中医药服务贸易人才3类中医药人才,为朝阳区中医药事业的全面振兴奠定了坚实的人才基础,为全市各区中医药人才培养提供了参照模板。
