摘要

冯教授认为蛋白尿病机首先为肾阴亏虚,与系统性红斑狼疮肾阴亏虚一脉相承,又以为脾气亏虚主要病机;以脏腑辨证为主,既以益肾健脾、脾肾并重为本病的重要治疗原则固其本,又以固精收涩疗其标。临证常以六味地黄丸、左归丸、二至丸化裁滋阴益肾;以补中益气汤、四君子汤、玉屏风散加减益气健脾;水陆二仙丹固精收涩。本病病势缠绵,常可见热、湿、瘀等兼证,多以清热坚阴、健脾利湿、淡渗利湿、活血化瘀之法治之。冯教授认为本病临证应慎用温肾壮阳之品,宜用山药、熟地黄、枸杞子等一药多用之品,减轻患者经济负担。
