摘要

根据化疗药物"药毒"病因,化疗后白细胞减少症中医病名应为"药毒虚损症",主要病机为毒中骨髓,髓不化血;心、肝、脾、肾亏虚及血虚、血瘀。从"气、血、阴、阳"角度对药毒虚损症进行辨证,可分为气血两虚夹毒、阴虚内热夹毒、阳虚血瘀夹毒3型,针对其不同的毒邪特点灵活使用"补虚解毒""清热解毒""化瘀解毒"治法,选用中药汤剂或中成药均可取得满意疗效。
