摘要

感染后抗生素以及清热解毒中药的大量使用,使得感染后咳嗽形成正气损伤,风邪恋肺、肺胃伤阳、阴邪内伏之证,可见反复咳嗽难愈,咽痒诱发咳嗽频作,干咳,畏寒怕冷,乏力汗出,动则尤甚,纳差,舌淡苔薄白,脉沉细的阳虚临床表现。齐文升教授以伏气学说理论为指导,以宣肺散邪、扶正透邪为法,三拗汤和止嗽散合方加减而成宣肺止咳饮,寒温并用,能宣能降,能升能散,有表有里,宣不过散,降不过下,临床治疗感染后咳嗽疗效满意。
