摘要

目的观察穴位敷贴技术干预阿片类镇痛药所致便秘的效果。方法将筛选入组的62例口服阿片类药物（盐酸羟考酮缓释片）镇痛的便秘患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各31例。对照组接受便秘常规护理并遵医嘱口服乳果糖溶液,干预组在对照组基础上给予穴位敷贴。使用便秘疗效评价标准、肠功能指数（BFI）及生命质量测评量表（EORTCQLQC30 V3.0）在干预后进行评价,观察2组患者1周后便秘和生活质量情况。结果干预1周后,对照组便秘改善的总有效率为77.42%,干预组为90.32%,干预组优于对照组（P<0.05）;2组BFI均有改善（P<0.05）,改善程度干预组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;生命质量评价方面,干预后2组躯体功能均优于治疗前（P<0.05）,但2组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论穴位敷贴技术联合口服乳果糖溶液可有效改善阿片类镇痛药所致便秘,同时提高患者的生活质量。
