摘要

目的观察当归六黄汤合消瘰丸加减治疗Graves病的临床疗效。方法收集2016年10月—2017年12月于作者所在医院就诊的Graves病患者42例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组20例、对照组22例。2组均给予基础治疗与对照治疗。观察组给予当归六黄汤合消瘰丸加减治疗,水煎服,日1剂。对照组给予甲巯咪唑片口服,初始剂量10 mg/d,最大剂量30 mg/d。病情控制后逐渐减量。对比2组治疗前后中医证候积分、甲状腺功能（甲功）指标水平,统计治疗期间2组发生的不良反应。结果治疗后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低（P,<,0.01）,治疗后2组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义（P,>,0.05）。治疗后2组FT,3,、FT,4,、T,3,、T,4,水平均较治疗降低（P,<,0.05）,对照组较观察组低（P,<,0.05）,治疗前后2组TSH水平比较差异无统计学意义（P,>,0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P,>,0.05）。结论当归六黄汤合消瘰丸加减治疗可有效改善Graves病患者临床症状及甲功,且安全性高。
