摘要

目的研究总结中晚期卵巢癌的证候分布特点,为卵巢癌的临床诊治提供参考。方法收集2013年1月—2017年12月期间就诊于天津中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤科132例中晚期卵巢癌患者的相关临床资料。一般资料采用描述性统计分析。症状信息采用系统聚类中变量分群聚类,得出具体类别。结果将132例中晚期卵巢癌患者的症状聚为痰湿凝聚证、气虚血瘀证、湿热蕴毒证和肝肾阴虚证4类。结论中医辨证分型对中晚期卵巢癌患者的治疗有一定的指导意义,中晚期卵巢癌的4个证型是湿凝聚证、气虚血瘀证、湿热蕴毒证和肝肾阴虚证。
