摘要

在研习赵炳南先生银屑病治疗经验的过程中发现:从疾病状态着眼,可以将各种类型银屑病归入外感、杂病、内伤三大类:处于快速变化过程中的银屑病,属于外感范畴,如寻常型银屑病进行期,红皮病性银屑病、泛发型脓疱型银屑病的急性进展阶段,关节病性银屑病的活动期;处于稳定顽固状况的银屑病,属于杂病范畴,如斑块状银屑病;处于慢性迁延状态的银屑病,属于内伤病范畴,如银屑病缓解期、消退期,慢性红皮病。明确最基本的分类,有助于理解不同学术经验的适用范围,有针对性地选择不同的辨证治疗体系,整合利用各家辨证治疗经验,有效治疗银屑病。
