摘要

糖尿病胃轻瘫的发生与糖代谢紊乱引起的胃肠自主神经病变、胃肠道激素分泌异常、幽门螺旋杆菌感染及胃肠肌运动障碍等相关。祝老认为本病的发生源于消渴病日久,或因情志不遂,或因久服药物,累及脾胃,致使中焦运化失司,气机失常,脾气不升,胃气不降,发为本病。本病以脾气虚弱、运化无力为本,脾不升清,胃不降浊,引发食积、痰浊、血瘀为标。病性为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。其责之于"气",诉之于"脾",咎之于"郁"。治疗以调畅气机、健脾醒脾、开郁祛瘀为法。
