摘要

董振华教授,诊治中医风湿疑难病症经验丰富。董教授治疗"燥痹"以滋阴润燥、益气养阴为基本原则,重视"燥痹"病情演变过程中,由于脏腑正气不足导致的人体燥毒内生、痰湿瘀血阻滞经络而引发的"证候繁杂、变证丛生"。总结董教授治疗干燥综合征合并神经系统病变的临证经验,分析该病虚实夹杂、脏腑功能失调的病机演变及分型,阐述董振华教授方证辨证的思路。
