摘要

糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy,DN）是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,倪青主任运用中医理论从辨病位、辨病本、辨病标三方面进行辨证论治,在此基础上对症加减用药,并辨病识其靶标,针对出现的蛋白尿、肾功能异常及高血压、高脂血症、高血糖危险因素加用单味药,提高疗效,以期为临床医师治疗糖尿病肾病提供新思路。
