摘要

以门诊临床数据93 626例,涉及专家11人,构建以知识库、动态数据库、解释机构、推理机为核心的高血压中医智能诊疗专家系统框架,分析高血压的证候分型及处方与特征性病状的关系,将规则推理与案例推理相结合,应用VC++软件开发专用的智能诊疗专家系统,给出中医证型诊断及处方。应用实践表明,高血压各专家中医证型诊断结果符合率100%,中药处方符合率达到95%以上。基于数据分析,采用信息化手段,将人工智能应用于高血压中医诊疗上,对提高医务人员的水平有现实意义和实用价值。
