摘要

中药湿敷是中医外治特色疗法中的重要治疗手段,在中医皮肤科领域应用广泛。为了适应现代中医皮肤科临床、教学要求,尝试从中医护理角度拟定具有中医特色的标准化中药湿敷流程。从中药湿敷适应病证、操作方法、注意事项、涉及方剂等方面进行梳理、归纳,明确诸如敷料厚度、包裹方式、水分多少、湿敷时间、辨证依据等实践细节,旨在促进中药湿敷法在皮肤病治疗中的合理、规范使用。
