摘要

目的观察三参通脉合剂辅助常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效、患者生活质量及中医证候变化。方法将85例慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者随机分为治疗组44例与对照组41例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组予三参通脉合剂辅助西医常规治疗。于治疗前、治疗2周后,应用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表（LHFQ）进行生活质量评价和中医证候评分,同时检测脑钠肽（BNP）水平及超声心动各参数,评估三参通脉合剂治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的临床疗效。结果治疗后2组LHFQ总分均较本组治疗前下降（P<0.05）;与对照组相比,治疗组生活质量改善差异有统计学意义（P=0.012）。治疗组治疗2周后显效16例,有效23例,无效5例,恶化0例,总有效率88.64%;对照组显效11例,有效21例,无效7例,恶化2例,总有效率78.05%。2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后BNP水平、超声心动各参数均较治疗前显著改善,但2组治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论三参通脉合剂可有效改善慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者临床指标及生活质量,尤其对生活质量的提高明显优于对照组。
