摘要

目的探讨脐药罐治疗慢性荨麻疹（CU）的近远期临床疗效及对患者血清IL-6、IgE的影响。方法选择2017年6月—2018年5月在北京中医药大学第三附属医院皮肤性病科确诊为CU风寒束表证患者33例,用随机数字表法分为治疗组17例、对照组16例。对照组口服氯雷他定片10 mg,治疗组采用脐药罐联合氯雷他定治疗,均连续治疗4周。评价2组临床症状改善情况、近远期疗效,比较2组治疗前后血清IgE、IL-6水平,观察2组治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果治疗前2组荨麻疹活动（UAS）评分、中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗结束后4周随访时治疗组UAS评分、中医证候积分较对照组低（P<0.05）。治疗组近期总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,远期总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后治疗组血清IL-6水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前后2组血清IgE水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论脐药罐联合口服氯雷他定片可明显改善CU患者的临床症状,降低血清IL-6水平,临床疗效优于单纯口服氯雷他定片。
