摘要

目的观察中药熏蒸联合耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法收集2017年4月—2019年1月的糖尿病瘙痒症患者187例,随机分为中药熏蒸组60例、耳穴贴压组64例、联合干预组63例。中药熏蒸组给予常规护理+中药熏蒸,耳穴贴压组给予常规护理+耳穴贴压、联合组给予常规护理+中药熏蒸+耳穴贴压3组,干预7 d。比较3组干预后Duo氏瘙痒评分变化。结果中药熏蒸组、耳穴贴压组和联合干预组的疗效差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）;干预效果两两比较显示,联合组干预效果均优于中药熏蒸组和耳穴贴压组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论中药熏蒸联合耳穴贴压可改善糖尿病皮肤瘙痒患者瘙痒,疗效优于中药熏蒸及耳穴贴压。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined TCM fumigation and auricular point sticking pressure on diabetic skin pruritus.Methods 187 diabetic patients with skin pruritus selected from April 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into three groups.60 cases were assigned to the TCM fumigation group who received conventional nursing and TCM fumigation,64 cases were assigned to the auricular point pressing group who received conventional nursing and auricular pressure,and 63 cases were assigned to the combined group who were given conventional nursing,TCM fumigation and auricular pressure.The intervention course was 7 days for all diabetic patients.The changes of Modified Duo’s VAG Scale before and after the intervention of 3 groups were compared.Results The differences of nursing intervention effect of the TCM fumigation group,auricular point pressing pressure group and combined group were statistically significant（P<0.01）.Pairwise comparison of nursing intervention effect showed that the intervention effect of TCM fumigation combined with auricular point pressing was better than that of TCM fumigation group and the auricular point pressing group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion TCM fumigation combined with auricular point pressing can relieve itching of diabetic patients,and the effect of combined TCM fumigation group and auricular point pressing is better than single use of these two Methods.
