摘要

目的观察虎符铜砭刮痧疗法治疗肝火亢盛型高血压的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月河南中医药大学第一附属医院门诊及体检中心初诊为肝火亢盛型高血压患者80例,就诊先后顺序对应的随机卡随机分为对照组和观察组2组,各40例。对照组给予高血压健康教育方案干预,观察组在对照组基础上配合虎符铜砭刮痧疗法,2次刮痧间隔时间为7 d（上次痧印需消退）,共治疗10次。对比2组疗效;对比2组治疗前后24 h动态血压变化,包括24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压;治疗前后统计患者的中医证候积分。结果观察组降压疗效、中医证候积分改善疗效高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后,2组24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压均较治疗前降低（P<0.01）。与对照组相比,治疗后观察组24 h平均收缩压低（P<0.01）;2组治疗后24 h平均舒张压下相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前降低（P<0.01）。与对照组相比,治疗后观察组中医证候积分低（P<0.01）。结论虎符铜砭刮痧联合健康教育可降低初诊为肝火亢盛型高血压患者的血压,改善临床症状。
