Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of astragaloside on intrauterine membrane inflammation model of rabbits.Methods Rabbits’ intrauterine membrane inflammation model were instructed,the effects of different doses of astragaloside on rabbit blood routine were observed,histopathological examination were carried out,and protein expression level of CD40 in the endometrial tissue were detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the intrauterine membrane inflammation model group,the total number of monocytes,neutrophils and lymphocytes were decreased after treated by astragaloside,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; histopathological Results showed that with the increase of concentration of astragaloside,the inflammatory cells quantity and infiltration radius in the endometrial tissue were reduced; in addition,astragaloside could lower the protein expression of CD40 in endometrial tissue of intrauterine membrane inflammation model of rabbits.Conclusion Astragaloside has a certain improvement effect on rabbit intrauterine membrane inflammation model,its mechanism may be related to the fact that it can lower protein expression of CD40 in endometrial tissue.
