摘要

肺癌咳喘多由肺癌及其并发症或治疗不良反应引起,具有病因复杂、程度严重、顽固难愈等特点。杨国旺教授提出运用"病证结合"的诊疗思路治疗肺癌咳喘。肺部肿瘤进展重在短期内缓解症状,宜攻补兼施。肺癌术后状态重在顾护正气,宜补肺健脾。放射性肺炎分期论治,急性期宜清热解毒、养阴生津,慢性纤维化形成期宜活血通络,纤维化期宜滋阴扶阳,重在处理热毒、阴伤与血瘀的矛盾关系。合并阻塞性肺炎宜清消痰热,急则治其标。恶性胸腔积液重在温化,悬饮早期宜泻肺逐饮,悬饮中期宜攻逐痰饮,悬饮晚期宜益气养阴、温阳利水,注意合用化瘀通络法。
