摘要

目的比较通调三焦理论的中药治疗方案与传统幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除疗法治疗慢性胃炎Hp阳性的疗效。方法观察组给予金宇安主任通调三焦法所拟定的方药,对照组采用传统Hp根除疗法方案,分别在治疗前及治疗后采用Hp清除率以及症状评分对患者进行评定,观察2组患者Hp根除率,以及症状评分的改善情况,同时进行综合疗效评价。结果观察组Hp根除率82.76%、对照组Hp根除率85.96%,2组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组上腹饱胀感、胃痛、胃灼热感方面症状积分改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组改善症状积分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通调三焦法中药在根除Hp方面疗效与传统西药方案等效,在改善主观症状方面更具优势。
