摘要

特应性皮炎以皮肤红斑丘疹、周身皮肤干燥、瘙痒剧烈为主要表现,严重者周身弥漫红斑,出现红皮病、脓毒症,甚至危及生命。赵炳南先生将特应性皮炎的急性期、慢性期分别按风湿热蕴证、脾虚血燥证辨治,分别予清热除湿汤、健脾润肤汤治疗。燕京赵氏皮科流派后学在赵老辨治思路基础上观察到特应性皮炎红皮病常因热入营血致毒热炽盛证,常用犀角地黄汤合清热除湿汤治疗,附典型医案2例。
