摘要

目的观察蒿秦化斑方治疗激素依赖性皮炎（FHDD）热毒蕴结证的临床疗效及对皮肤屏障的影响。方法采用随机对照的方法,入组FHDD热毒蕴结证病例45例,治疗组23例口服蒿秦化斑方加减,对照组22例口服凉血解毒汤,200 mL/次,早晚各1次。2组患者面部均以纯净水冷湿敷,2次/d,10～15 min/次,冷湿敷后均以维生素E软膏涂抹于面部皮损处保湿,疗程为4周,记录并观察2组患者治疗前后的主观症状和客观皮损评分、皮肤屏障功能的变化。结果治疗后,2组各结局指标评分均较治疗前减低,且差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）,而治疗后2组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗组治疗前后局部皮肤水分、温度有明显改善（P<0.05）,而对照组皮肤屏障功能治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论蒿秦化斑方能有效缓解FHDD热毒蕴结证患者的临床症状,改善皮肤屏障功能,提高临床疗效,与凉血解毒方作用具有等效性。
