摘要

赵炳南教授晚年临证中着重体现整体治疗观的临床应用,重视调和阴阳,常用"四藤"配伍,并将该疗法应用于众多皮肤疾病的治疗中。20世纪七八十年代,赵老将调和阴阳法运用于白塞氏病治疗,取得了较好的疗效。阐明白塞氏病病因病机和临床用药,对经赵教授治疗的25例白塞氏病病例的用药规律进行归纳,总结赵老的调和阴阳学术思想的临床应用。
