摘要

本文对目前经方临床应用方证相应、灵活加减、剂量把握、科学研究等现状阐述了个人观点,对经方临床应用的未来发展趋势做了简要的分析。提出经方应用的基础在于把握辨"关键病机"与识"核心病机"之主线的同时,需要重视现代疾病诊断,实现从方证相应到病证结合的转化;提倡建立病-症-证-治-效相结合的诊疗模式,开展多种研究设计的临床试验,形成高级别的循证医学证据,构建能反映中医证候疗效的特色指标,运用现代技术探索经方的作用机制等经方应用科学发展思路。
