摘要

国家名老中医王文友从医60余年,发现"湿热内蕴"是临床疾病中常见的证候类型,提出焦虑症的病因病机是"湿热内蕴,少阳枢机不利",治疗以"清热利湿,和解少阳"为原则,遣方用药取小柴胡汤合三仁汤之意,选用柴胡、黄芩、半夏、白蔻仁、杏仁、薏苡仁等组方。王老认为湿热的产生与个体的情志、饮食关系最为密切,临床治疗当重视生活调适,嘱患者要畅情志、节饮食,为焦虑症的临床辨治提供了新的思路。
