摘要

从脏腑风湿角度思考银屑病的病因病机,结合银屑病的发病特点,分析出其发病的始动因素为风寒湿邪,故治疗时应以透散伏邪贯穿始终,在传统治法清热凉血解毒的基础上透散伏邪,给伏邪以出路,有痰浊瘀阻时及时清除病理产物,治疗后期顾护阳气,温阳补肾以助扶正祛邪。将脏腑风湿理论应用于银屑病,可为部分难治性银屑病的治疗提供新的思路。
