摘要

经筋是中医经络系统的重要组成部分,其在循行分布、病理特点上与脏腑有紧密联系。循行深入体腔的经筋具有维稳脏腑的作用;经筋循行分布广泛,通过整体网络影响脏腑功能。经筋病变产生筋结点,从而导致脏腑疾病的发生;脏腑功能失调也会引起经筋病变。筋结点可以反映病候,对脏腑疾病的诊治有重要意义,针刺筋结点可以恢复经筋的生理功能,从而治疗脏腑疾病。明确经筋与脏腑相关性及筋结点在脏腑疾病诊疗中的意义,可以扩大经筋的主治范围,为脏腑疾病的治疗提供新思路。
