摘要

目的应用系统评价的方法探究疏血通注射液辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索万方、CNKI、VIP、CBM、PubMed、Cochrane library等数据库,收集常规西药联合疏血通注射液（观察组）对比单纯常规西药（对照组）治疗UA的临床随机对照研究（RCTs）,检索年限均为建库起至2018年9月23日,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入14项RCTs,1 259例患者。Meta分析结果显示,观察组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率较对照组均降低,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者均未出现特殊的不良反应。结论在常规治疗基础上应用疏血通注射液可改善UA患者心绞痛症状,降低全血黏度、血浆黏度及血小板聚集率,在临床应用中安全性良好。
