摘要

目的观察自拟消瘾汤治疗急性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将90例急性荨麻疹患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服自拟消瘾汤治疗,疗程均为2周。结果 2组治疗后风团数量、持续时间、发作频率、瘙痒程度评分及总免疫球蛋白E（TIgE）、白介素-4（IL-4）、单核细胞趋化因子蛋白-1（MCP-1）、嗜酸粒细胞计数（EOS）水平较治疗前均降低（P<0.05）,观察组降低幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）,观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论自拟消瘾汤能够减轻急性荨麻疹瘙痒程度,降低发作频率,缩短持续时间,较少风团数量,同时能够降低TIgE、IL-4、MCP-1、EOS等变态反应指标水平,提高临床疗效。
