摘要

楼延丞是明代著名医家楼英的后裔,祖传医业,对于儿童皮肤病尤其是婴儿湿疹的治疗颇有建树。楼老借鉴《外科启玄》中"湿毒疮"的辨证和治疗思路,将婴儿湿疹分为:急性湿疹（湿热偏重型）,治以清热化湿、止痒为主;慢性湿疹（血虚风燥型）,治以养血润燥为主,兼以利湿。在基本方的基础上,楼老根据皮损部位、瘙痒程度、伴随症状的不同灵活加减。楼老既传承经典,又博采众长,用药极具特色,其中对杀虫药如苦参、鹤虱、贯众的认识和运用有独到之处;用药注重结合小儿体质特点,药少而精,有的放矢,多用甘寒之品,顾护小儿脾胃,避免苦寒败伤脾阳,内外合治,注重调理气机,故收效迅速。
