摘要

目的观察疏风解毒胶囊联合西医疗法治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD）疗效。方法选择2016年11月—2017年11月笔者所在医院收治的痰热壅肺型AECOPD患者66例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组各33例。2组均用规范化治疗,治疗组加用疏风解毒胶囊治疗,2.08 g/次,3次/d。2组均治疗7～14 d。观察2组疗效、治疗前后主要临床症状积分、实验室相关指标等。结果与对照组相比,治疗组主要临床症状、体征改善更明显（P,<,0.05）,WBC、CRP、PCT、PaCO,2,下降得更快（P,<,0.05）,PaO,2,、肺功能改善更明显（P,<,0.05）;总有效率治疗组87.90%,高于对照组的69.69%（P,<,0.05）。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗痰热壅肺型AECOPD临床疗效显著,能显著改善临床症状及体征,改善血气指标、肺功能和降低血清炎症因子水平。
