摘要

<正>近年来,肺癌死亡率已居恶性肿瘤的首位[1-2]。非小细胞肺癌占肺癌发病总数的75%～80%,其中50%为肺腺癌。肺腺癌晚期经常发生壁层胸膜转移,产生恶性胸腔积液。恶性胸腔积液为肺癌患者的主要并发症之一[3],具有积液量多、难控制、易复发的特点。中等量以上的胸腔积液会压迫肺组织造成肺不张、肺部感染等[4],治疗难度大,预后较差[5]。现代医学以还原性思维为指导[6],对于恶性胸腔积液最为理想的治疗是有效控制积液再生,最大限度及尽可能长时间
