摘要

<正>血府逐瘀汤出自王清任《医林改错》,由桃仁、红花、当归、生地黄、川芎、赤芍、枳壳、柴胡、桔梗、牛膝、甘草组成,具有活血化瘀、行气止痛的功效,主治胸中血瘀证。方中以桃红四物汤为化瘀之核心,配柴胡、川芎、枳壳、桔梗理气之品,合气行则血行之意,全方用药严谨,有升有降,柴胡升散,川芎上升,配桔梗舟楫之药,合之以贯至高,配枳壳、牛膝以达至下。诸药合用可化瘀、通脉、养血、行气,可贯上彻下、畅达全身气机,善治全身各处气滞血瘀之症[1]。血府逐瘀汤主
